Since the launch of operations in 1992, Sur Yapı has successfully implemented many prestigious projects and become a pioneer in the industry with over 7.5 million square meters of work completed.
An apartment intercom system allows entry to a visitor to a building. A visitor can come up to the entry system at the main building entrance, select an entry and call a tenant. This sends a buzzer signal to the resident inside the apartment. THE SOLUTION
The house blocks of Lavender are offering three main concepts, targeting different needs. Lake blocks are composed of 5 and 6-storey blocks adjacent to the pond. These blocks, which will be the favorite of extended families with 3+1 and 4+1 apartments, are planned with balconies extending over the pond. These apartments, offering various perspectives to their residents in Lavender, are ideal for families with kids. Different and functional solutions of various sizes are offered both for families and investors.
An intercom system is a great way to facilitate property access and keep tenants safe.
