THE SITUATION
Cepa Evleri Incek project is being implemented in Incek, one of the developing regions of Ankara, Türkiye. There are a total of 188 flats in the project, which consists of 2 vertical and 2 horizontal blocks. There are 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 flats in the project, which consists of 24 floors of vertical blocks and 4 floors of horizontal blocks. In the Cepa Evleri İncek project, the size of the residences varies between 70 square meters and 255 square meters. The project draws attention with its social facilities, including children's playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, fitness, green areas, and an outdoor sports area. At the same time, there is 24-hour security and indoor parking in the project.

THE SOLUTION
With DNAKE intercom installed at the main entrance, security room, and apartments, the residential buildings now have complete 24/7 visual and audio coverage of each location. The door station gives residents the ability to control and monitor access to the building directly from their indoor monitor or smartphone, enabling complete management of their building's entry access.
