SECURITY UPDATE
We typically provide essential security updates for our products within the first year after the shipment date. You can verify your product's shipment date on the DNAKE Product Tracing System using the product's serial number (SN). REPORT A CYBERSERUTIY ISSUE
If you are a security researcher and believe that you have found a cybersecurity vulnerability or other security risk, we encourage you to disclose it to us. Share your findings with us.
INCIDENT RESPONSE
Securitiy issues with the hardware and software of DNAKE products can also be reported to dnakesupport@dnake.com. Customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 4 working days. Security updates will be provided usually within 30 working days.
