“3rd DNAKE Supply Chain Center Production Skills Contest”, jointly organized by DNAKE Trade Union Committee, Supply Chain Management Center, and Administration Department, was successfully held in DNAKE production base. More than 100 manufacturing workers from multiple production departments of video intercom, smart home products, smart fresh air ventilation, smart transportation, smart healthcare, smart door locks, etc. attended the contest under the witness of the leaders from the manufacturing center.
It is reported that the contest items mainly included automation equipment programming, product testing, product packaging,and product maintenance, etc. After exciting competitions in various parts, 24 outstanding players were selected finally. Among them, Mr. Fan Xianwang, the leader of Production Group H of Manufacturing Department I, won two champions in a row.
Product quality is the "lifeline" for the survival and growth of a company, and manufacture is the key to consolidate the product quality control system and build the core competitiveness. As an annual event of DNAKE Supply Chain Management Center, the skills contest aims to train more professional and skilled talents and output products of higher precision by re-checking and re-strengthening the professional skills and technical knowledge of the front-line production staff.
