Enhancing the call transfer experience, the new update significantly reduces transfer delays when forwarding calls from the indoor monitor to the resident’s app. In cases where the door station is offline, calls are quickly forwarded to the resident’s app via SIP server—ensuring that no call is missed. This update provides faster, more efficient communication, eliminating the need for extra wiring and enhancing user convenience.
3. Hands-Free Access with Siri
DNAKE now supports Siri voice commands, allowing residents to unlock doors simply by saying, “Hey Siri, open the door.” This hands-free access ensures secure, effortless entry without the need to interact with a phone or swipe a card, making it an ideal solution for busy residents on the go.
4. Enhanced Privacy with Voice Changer
Security and privacy are elevated with the new Voice Changer function in the DNAKE Smart Pro app. Residents can now disguise their voice while answering calls, offering an additional layer of protection against unknown visitors.
5. Smart Pro App Access for Property Managers
With the introduction of Smart Pro access for property managers, security personnel and property managers can now log into the app to monitor calls, alarms, and security alerts in real-time.
