DNAKE has been recognized by experts and leaders of China Real EstateAssociation and Top 500 real estate enterprises, so it has been awarded the"Preferred Supplier of China’s Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises" for eight consecutive years from 2013 to 2020.
Co-sponsored by the China Real Estate Association, Shanghai E-house Real Estate Research Institute, and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center, the Top 500 China Real Estate Evaluation Activities have been held since 2008. For eight years from Mar. 2013 to Mar. 2020, DNAKE grows and witnesses the results together with China Real Estate Association, Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute, and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center.

For DNAKE, winning the "Preferred Supplier of China’s Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises" for eight consecutive years is not only a strong recognition of the real estate industry but also the trust from our customers as well as the driving force for the company’s goal of “becoming the leading provider of community and home security device and solution”.
Founded in 2005, after more than 6 years of experience in development, design, and manufacturing from 2008 to 2013, DNAKE successively launched multi-series IP video intercom products based on Linux OS, which supports MPEG4, H.264, G711, and other audio and video codecs and international standard communication SIP protocol. With self-developed anti-sidetone (echo cancellation) technology, DNAKE IP video intercom products realize TCP/IP networking of all equipment, marking DNAKE’s building intercom products are developing towards digitalization, standardization, openness, and high performance.
Since 2014, DNAKE has entered into the stage of rapid development. Android-based IP video intercom system was launched in 2014 to provide full support for smart community solution. At the same time, the layout of the smart home field helped to promote the integration of building intercom and home automation. In 2017, DNAKE began to combine the whole industry chain for the interconnectivity of different product lines. Later, the company introduced cloud intercom and WeChat access control platform as well as IP video intercom and smart gateway based on facial recognition and verification of facial image and identity card, which indicates that the company has entered the field of artificial intelligence. In the future, DNAKE will keep striving forward to lead smart life concepts and create better life quality.
