DNAKE recognizes the diversity of sales channels through which our products may be sold and reserves the right to manage any given sales channel extending from DNAKE to an ultimate end user in the manner DNAKE deems most appropriate.
The DNAKE Authorized Online Reseller Program is designed for such companies who purchase DNAKE products from an Authorized DNAKE Distributor and then resell them to end-users via online marketing.
1. Purpose
The purpose of the DNAKE Authorized Online Reseller Program is to maintain the value of the DNAKE brand and support the Online Resellers who wish to grow business with us.
2. Minimum Standards to Apply
Prospective Authorized Online Resellers should:
a. Have a working online shop managed directly by the reseller or have an online shop on platforms such as Amazon and eBay, etc.
b. Have the ability to keep the online shop current on a day to day basis;
c. Have web pages dedicated to DNAKE products.
d. Have a physical business address. Post office boxes are insufficient;
3. Benefits
Authorized Online Resellers will be provided the following advantages and benefits:
a. Authorized Online Reseller Certificate and Logo.
b. High Definition pictures and videos of DNAKE products.
c. Access to all the latest marketing and information materials.
d. Technical training from DNAKE or DNAKE authorized Distributors.
e. Priority of order delivery from DNAKE Distributor.
f. Recorded into DNAKE online system, which enables customers to verify his or her authorization.
g. Opportunity to get technical support directly from DNAKE.
Unauthorized Online Resellers will be not granted for any of the above benefits.
4. Responsibilities
DNAKE Authorized Online Resellers agree to the following:
a. MUST comply with DNAKE MSRP and MAP Policy.
b. Maintain the latest and accurate DNAKE product information on the Authorized Online Reseller's online shop.
c. Must NOT sell, resell, or distribute any DNAKE products to any other region other than the region agreed and contracted between DNAKE and DNAKE Authorized Distributor.
d. The Authorized Online Reseller acknowledges that the prices at which the Authorized Online Reseller purchased the products from DNAKE distributors are Confidential.
e. Provide prompt and adequate post-sales service and technical support to customers.
5. Authorization procedure
a. The Authorized Online Reseller Program will be managed by DNAKE in cooperation with DNAKE Distributors;
b. Companies wishing to become a DNAKE Authorized Online Reseller will:
a) Contact a DNAKE Distributor. If the applicant is currently selling DNAKE products, their current distributor is their appropriate contact. DNAKE distributor will forward the applicants’ form to the DNAKE sales team.
b) Applicants that never sold DNAKE products shall complete and submit the application form at https://www.dnake-global.com/partner/ for approval;
c. On receiving the application, DNAKE will reply within five (5) working days.
d. Applicant who passes the evaluation will be notified by DNAKE sales team.
6. Management of Authorized Online Reseller
Once Authorized Online Reseller infringes the terms and conditions of DNAKE Authorized Online Reseller Agreement, DNAKE will cancel the authorization and the reseller will be removed from DNAKE Authorized Online Reseller List.
7. Statement
This program has officially taken effect since Jan 1st, 2021. DNAKE reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program. DNAKE will inform both Distributors and Authorized Online Resellers of any changes to the program. Program modifications shall be made available on the DNAKE official website.
DNAKE reserves the right of final interpretation of the Authorized Online Reseller Program.
