The property manager uses the DNAKE Cloud Platform to create access rules and assign a unique PIN code to the courier for secure package delivery.
STEP 02:
Courier Access
The courier uses the assigned PIN code to unlock the package room. They can select the resident’s name and enter the number of packages being delivered on the S617 Door Station before dropping off the packages.
STEP 03:
Resident Notification
Residents receive a push notification via Smart Pro when their packages are delivered, ensuring they stay informed.
